01 · Outcome
What you’ll accomplish
Find the correct class session, confirm its time and location, and open its class record or attendance roster when your role permits. Date views and filters help narrow the schedule; they do not change a class or give access to additional records.
02 · Prepare
Before you begin
- Sign in to the correct studio with your own staff account. Have the date, approximate time, class name, or teacher you are trying to find.
- Remember that a class may run only within its term dates. If you are covering a class, confirm the assignment with your manager as well as checking the screen.
03 · Workflow
Step by step
Open Schedule and read the date range
Choose Schedule in the workspace navigation. Read the date range beside the previous and next arrows before looking for a class. The same weekday occurs in many weeks, so checking only a Monday or Tuesday label can lead you to the wrong session.
Choose a useful schedule view
Select Day for a focused shift view, Week to compare nearby days, or Month to find a date farther ahead. In Month view, Calendar shows the date grid and List shows the sessions in a list. These options change how the same available classes are displayed; they do not create or move sessions.
Move to the required period
Use the previous or next arrow beside the date range. Each click moves by the selected view: a day, a week, or a month. Recheck the range after moving. If you need to take attendance, identify the actual class date first rather than opening a similarly named class in another week.
Narrow or reset the filters
Use Location, Teacher, and Program to focus the schedule. To see everything your account can access, choose All locations, All teachers, and All programs. If an empty view offers Reset filters, select it and check the date again. Resetting filters does not remove the boundaries of your assigned access.
Open the class and check its details
Find the class by time and name, then select it to open its record. Read the instructor, room, location, and schedule there. Note any conflict message shown in Schedule and have the owner or front desk resolve it. Do not direct families to a room based solely on a class name you recognize.
Open the dated attendance task when needed
In Day, Week, or the Month List view, use Open attendance when it is available beside the session. Check the class name and date again on the attendance page before marking anyone. If the link is absent, your role may allow schedule viewing without attendance entry; ask the responsible manager.
What to expect: You have the right class session and can prepare for it or continue to its correctly dated roster.
04 · Check
If something does not look right
A class is missing from your schedule.
Check the date range first, then restore all location, teacher, and program filters. Confirm with the manager that the class runs in this term and is available to your account. Do not create a replacement class to solve a missing schedule result.
The schedule shows a conflict.
Read the classes and resource named in the conflict message. The same room or instructor may be assigned at the same time. Tell the owner or front desk which session you were reviewing and follow their corrected instructions; the warning itself does not move either class.
The room or time differs from your assignment.
Open the class record to confirm the stored details, then check with a manager before directing families or changing a room setup. A class record can be edited only by someone with the right access, and an approved change should be rechecked in the schedule afterward.
